Faye made sure that the closing was top quality. We were living in Florida and Faye handled everything for us including washing the bed linens before we arrived so that when we arrived so tired, we could go directly to bed after a 1200 mile Drive. She coordinated the payment for our home with our Personal banker, Cathy Ray of First Midwest Bank. She coordinated the title work along with Rosemary Davis of SEMO Title (another company we highly recommend). Because of Faye Walborg, we never worried about the purchase of our home even though we were 1,200 miles away AND NEVER SAW THE HOME UNTIL WE FIRST WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR! We love our new home!!

Kara went above and beyond to help me when I was living out of state to manage the sale of my home. Kara is a very caring and hard working young lady who I give high recommendations to. She arranged for home cleaning as I had to move in a rush since my kids had a death in the family out of state. She also arranged and took care of needed repairs from the inspection that were needed since I was out of state. She communicated well and frequently with myself and my daughter so we always knew what was happening.

We have no complaints and we are satisfied with how smoothly the transaction was, and it wasn't a typical transaction. Jamie went out of her way to accommodate all of my requests.
